Our background check link is also in the process of being updated- I will send an email out when this is fixed. The information is also listed below.

Registration '25-’26 Checklist

 

1. Register a team by October 28, 2025 tinyurl.com/mmreg2526

 Please register If you anticipate/are having a team for the 2025-2026 season. This form is through Sports Engine and does not require you to enter roster/player information as we anticipate teams are still in the process of organizing. Filling out this form will give us a better idea of numbers for each division as we begin to organize.

 

2. Submit a Team Roster by November 8, 2025

When you have a finalized roster, please fill out this form tinyurl.com/mmroster2526

This form is also through Sports Engine and will help us to build your team profile.  It will be necessary to have players' information including: birthday, school information, address and grade to confirm eligibility. There is a paper copy (Please make a copy to edit) available if teams prefer to email/mail a paper copy.

 

3. Submit payment by November 8, 2025

            $600- Teams that are a host gym for games for  the full season

            $700- Teams that are a host gym for games for half the season

            $800- Teams that are not host gyms

Coach Registration

Register and complete background check by November 2, 2025

 All coaches will need to register using this link: tinyurl.com/mmcoach2526  Please note that you do not have to apply for a background check through NCSI if you had it completed during the 2024-2025 season. All forms are electronic through Sports Engine and you should not have to print anything!  (Here is the link for the background check: The link will be sent out ASAP! We are waiting for a new one from NCSI. This is a $35.00 cost for coaches and lasts two years. It is the responsibility of the teams to make sure all coaching staff (any adult on the bench/interacting with players) completes this background check and registration

Player Registration by November 9, 2025

 All players need to have this form tinyurl.com/mmwaiver2526 filled out by a parent/legal guardian. This is through Sports Engine and families will not need to print anything. If people prefer mailing/emailing forms, here is our traditional paper copy.
